What is involved?
The Enhanced provision is targeted at schools identified by our LLME (Local Leader of Mathematics Education) or School Leaders (or their Work Group participants) as needing additional support in order for the Hub’s existing offer to have greater impact. For example, a school in a Sustaining Work Group may need additional support in planning for a particular year group, or support in developing fluency, use of manipulatives or in using the NCETM Curriculum Prioritisation materials. Enhanced support is most likely to involve an LLME providing school visits within the academic year. Depending on school need, an LLME can provide on average 3 days of support over an agreed period of time.
Who can take part?
- Primary Teaching for Mastery Work Group
- Secondary Teaching for Mastery Work Group
- Secondary Maths Subject Leaders Community
What is the cost?
The project is fully funded by the Maths Hubs Programme so is free to participating schools.
